Our Executive Management Team:

Our Founder, President/CEO is a former U.S Navy veteran with a 25 year background in Law Enforcement and School Safety & Security. He is a former New Orleans Police Department Reserve Police Officer, a retired Special Officer with the OPSB Department of Security & Investigations, and former Executive Administrative Assistant to the Executive Administrator of the OPSB Department of Security & Investigations. 

He holds a Degree in Criminal Justice & Business Management. 

Awarded a Certificate of Merit for Outstanding Service to the school district from Dr. Morris L. Holmes Jr. Superintendent of the New Orleans Public Schools.    

Awarded a Certificate of Appreciation in 1998 from the City of New Orleans by Mayor Marc H. Morial for his Contributions and Service to the City of New Orleans and the Office of Emergency Preparedness during Hurricanes & Tropical Storms. 

Awarded a Certificate of Appointment in 2001 following 9/11 by Mayor Marc H. Morial to serve as an Official Representative of the Office of Emergency Preparedness for the City of N.O. In this capacity he worked directly with Mayors Marc H. Morial & C. Ray Nagin and all First Responders. 

His networking prowess helped create an alliance between the OPSB Department of Security & Investigations and the City of N. O. First Responders, ensuring the Department of Security & Investigations and all First Responders understood their roles and responsibilities during hurricanes, disasters and active shooter situations. 

His level of professionalism & security acumen along with his organizational skill sets are excellent.  His attention to detail and proficiency in project management, security consulting, leadership and executive protection are outstanding. His resume includes training and experience in hurricane preparedness response, emergency disaster response, terrorism, nuclear, biological & chemical incidence response.
