Our recruitment process is looking for the most qualified (ready-to-go) security officers available. Our candidates are carefully selected by levels of experience, ability, skill, and professionalism. Only the most qualified candidates with closely related backgrounds precisely matching the requirements of our potential clients security needs will be selected.  

All employees must comply with a personal appearance standard that places restrictions on certain accessories and grooming, while in uniform. This includes: eyewear, jewelry, facial hair, hair, makeup, tattoos, and fingernails, as well as, the use of chewing gum, tobacco, and personal electronic devices.  All of our security officers must pass a background investigation that includes mvr, criminal, job reference checks and drug screening. They must be of sound character, demonstrate good judgement, and present a neat and professional appearance. We offer great employment for former military, retired /former law enforcement and select security professionals.

                                                                                ALL APPLICANTS MUST: 

• Be at least 21 to (25 years of age preferred) Have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of Law Enforcement, Military, or Extensive Armed Private Security experience. 
• Candidates need to be in good physical condition
• Possess a Level II or preferably a Level III Holster, the Louisiana State Board’s preferred and recommended holsters for armed, uniformed security officers. 
• Have 16 hours of documented classroom training as required by the LSBPSE.
• Have a security license issued by the LSBPSE 
• Have good writing skills
• Have the ability to use smart phone and report writing technology 
• Have the ability to comprehend and follow instructions. 
• Have a copy of your valid La. Driver’s License and a clean driving record
• A current passport sized photo
• A copy of your Social Security card
• Ex-Military must have a copy of form DD-214
• You must be able to perform various duties
• Have a smartphone, dependable vehicle transportation and proof of insurance . 
• Have copy of your high school diploma or equivalent (Criminal Justice studies a plus.)
• Have copies of diplomas and any certificates providing proof of specialized training
• Be dependable, courteous & well groomed 
• Neatly trimmed short hair beards are acceptable 
• (Any visible offensive or distasteful tattoos are unacceptable and must be covered at all times while on duty)
• Have an unblemished record of conduct and the ability to maintain a professional bearing at all times
• Have current and past verifiable job references related to the security field

• All applicants must first go to www.lsbpselicense.com and create an account, even if you've completed one before for another company.  
• Once you have successfully created your account proceed to the (My Application) section of your profile and complete the  blue application. 
• Select or enter our company name and complete your portion of the application process. 
• Upon completion the Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners will activate your name in the LSBPSE portal under our company name, then forward your completed application to (EAS) for further action or consideration. 
• No Phone Calls Please, preference is given to our nations veterans.
