- At the conclusion of each assignment, we will meet with our clients to request an overall assessment rating of our employees. The information gathered becomes a part of the employee’s permanent record on file.
- Every six months we will review our personnel training, performance, and employee’s file
- Every three to six months (or as needed) we review the overall quality control of the service provided to determine what improvements if any are needed in order to best serve our clients needs.
- An employee’s assignment review and follow–up is an essential tool used for providing and maintaining high quality services.
- In the event an issue arises with any of the employees we’ve placed, we take immediate action in the form of verbal and or written warnings and if necessary, termination and replacement.
- All incidents are documented and added to the employee’s file, thereby allowing us to continuously improve our services when placing an employee again.
- We guarantee replacement for cause of any assigned temporary or permanent employee who does not meet the client’s expectations.
